Clinical Feature:
- Hoarseness of voice
- Break in Speech
- Lowered Pitch
- Loss of part of voice range
- Strain During phonation
- Diplophonia
- Stridor & Chocking (Rarely)
Investigation:
- Laryngescopy
- S. IgE
- S. TSH
If Plan OT: For GA fitness:
- CBC with BT, СТ
- Chest X-ray
- RBS
- S. creatinine
- ECG
If ECG Change/ Age >50 years:
- Echocardiography
Rx: (conservative)
Tab. Furotil plus(cefuroxime +clavulanic acid) 500mg
- 1+0+1................... ৭দিন।
Tab. Dezacot(Deflazacort) 6mg
- 1+1+1............ (খাবার পর)... ৭দিন।
Cap. Sergel (esomeprazole) 20mg
- 1+0+1......... (খাবার আগে) ১০ দিন।
Tab. Omidon (domperidone)10mg
- 1+1+1.................. ১৫দিন।
Tab. Monas(montelukast) 10mg,
- 0+0+1................১৫দিন।
Nasovap (Menthol + Eucalyptus Oil)
- ১ চমাচ ১ লিটার গরম পানিতে মিশিয়ে) বাষ্পীয় বাফ নিবেন। দৈনিক ২বার....১০ দিন।
