Wasp Bite

Wasp Bite(বোলতা/ভিমরুল)ঃ

Rx:

1. Inj. Rolac (30 mg)(Ketorolac)

• 1 amp im stat and sos 
  

2.Inj. Maxpro(40mg)(Esomeprazole)

• 1 amp IV stat &BD
  

3.Inj. Oradexon  (Dexamethasone)

• 1 amp IV stat and 8 hrly 

4. Inj. Avil (45.5mg/2 ml)

• 1 amp IM / IV stat 

you  may need strong pain killer like 

6. inj.nalbun -2 (Nelbuphine)

• 1 ample    I/M stat

If BP is low then –

inj. Normal saline 1000 ml 

Discharge:

1.Cap . Lebac (500 mg)(Cephradine)

• 1 + 1 + 1+1..... 7 days 
  

2.Tab . deslor( 10 mg)(Desloratadine)

• 0 + 0+ 1.... 5 days
  

3. Cap. Seclo( 20)(Omeprazole)

• 1+ 0 + 1..... 10 days
  

4. Tab. Flexi (100 mg) /Tab. Torax (10 mg)

• 1+ 0 + 1... 2-3 days
