1. Tip of nose : pointed / ulceration/ pigmentation / sharp
2. Ala of the nose : Movement in respiratory distress (flaring of nose)
3.Nasal bridge :
- a.Depressed: congenital syphilis,Traumatic ,wengeners granulumatosis
- b. Flat: Down syndrome
4.Vestibule : common site for epistaxis
5.Nasal septum : deviated / normal
6.Turbinate : hypertrophy
7.Oropharynx: mucosa ,pigmentataion ,ulceration,color
8.Vocal cord : color ,edematose,swelling
