Treatment:
📃Rx:
General Mx:
1.Drink plenty of water
2.Ensure adequate sleep
3.Avoid Pricking
Specific rx:
4. Cap.Doxicap([post id="590" title="Doxycycline"]) 100mg 0+0+1..... 1 month
5.Retigel 0.05% ([post id="595" title="Isotretinoin"]) gel 2 times daily...... 4-8 weeks
6. Tab.Cortan ([post id="479" title="Prednisolone"])10mg .(after meal)
. 2+1+0.........14 days then
2+0+0........7 days then
1+0+0.........7 days then
1/2 +0+0......7 days .
7.Cap.sergel ([post id="392" title="Esomeprazole"]) (20mg) 1+0+1………..1 months(30 min before meal)
✳️উপদেশ:
১)প্রতিদিন ৪-৫ বার গ্লিসারিন সমৃদ্ধ সাবান Acne aid দিয়ে মুখ ধুবেন।
২) বেশি করে পানি পান করুন।
৩)মানসিক টেনশন মুক্ত থাকুন।
৪) নিয়মিত ব্যয়াম করুন।
৫)অতিরিক্ত চর্বি জাতীয় খাবার পরিত্যাগ করুন।
৬)ওজন কমান।
৭)ব্রন চুলকাবেন না।
৮)পর্যন্ত পরিমান ঘুমান।
